The Dominica Cable Car is committed to ensuring that our services and digital platforms are accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves to experience the wonder of Dominica's Boiling Lake.
Physical Accessibility
- Wheelchair Access: Both base and summit stations are fully wheelchair accessible with ramps, accessible restrooms, and dedicated boarding platforms.
- Cable Car Cabin Design: Cable car cabins feature wide doors, level boarding, and interior space for wheelchairs and mobility aids.
- Assisted Boarding: Trained staff are available at all times to assist passengers with reduced mobility during boarding and alighting.
- Service Animals: Service animals are welcome aboard all cable car cabins.
- Viewing Platforms: Accessible viewing platforms at the summit provide panoramic views without requiring walking on uneven terrain.
